Laura Buchanan, OD

Optometrist

Dr. Laura Buchanan is a native of Cary, NC. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Appalachian State University and graduated with her Doctorate of Optometry from The New England College of Optometry. Dr. Buchanan completed a year residency in Primary Eye Care and Ocular Disease at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salisbury.

Dr. Buchanan practiced in the Buffalo, NY area for eight years and recently moved back to North Carolina.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, reading a good book, or snuggling with her two dogs.
